RECIPE: Avocado Mash-Up

I’ve got another snack recipe for you today that’s almost TOO easy.

TIP: If you’re going to only eat 1 serving ... wrap up the other half other avocado tightly in cling wrap BEFORE adding the liquid and store in the fridge for one day.

When you’re ready to eat, just add the amino mixture and mash it up.

Avocado Mash-Up

(makes 2 servings)

● 1 avocado, cut in half and seed removed

● 1 tsp coconut aminos

● 1 tsp rice wine vinegar

● Dash of sriracha (optional)

● 1 tsp sesame seeds

In a small bowl, mix together the coconut aminos and sriracha. Pour half over each half of the avocado.

Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and mash the avocado, and eat out of the shell.

That’s literally IT. Enjoy!
